I opened my agency in 2011 after working as a mortgage banker, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and relationship-building into agency ownership. I attended the University of Hawaii, played college baseball, and today I’m married with five children. Faith, family, and finances are core values in both my life and the way our agency operates. Outside the office, I enjoy martial arts and staying active.
Our team includes seven members who work closely together and genuinely enjoy the environment we’ve built. We offer Casual Fridays, PTO, a Simple IRA plan with 2% match, and 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Robert Shimabuku - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
